well i've got some kind of problem w/my computer. scanned a fruitfly for this guy on email who's gonna tell me what it is and how to get rid of them when my computer crashed. so i took it apart and got shocked by my video card which fell apart in my hand! (montors are like tv's - they have a capacitor that holds electricity, so even if they're off they can getcha)

so then i find something in the wrong size slot (how did that happen?!!) and really glad i didn't take it to the shop and let THEM find it. anywayz rearranged a bit and then my modem wouldn't work. as of now i have 2 modems (installed on com3, which i don't even have) and a pci card (part of the modem no doubt) that has to remain "disabled" cuz it won't install from the cd. also, it didn't work until i clicked on "automatically detect settings" (like it's the first box!!) and then voilà i'm online again (instant orgasm)... can't live without my cyberconnection for more than 5 mins - heh heh
