i'm still putting stuff into storage. i told him on saturday so he could say goodbye and all, but then my back went out and so i'm taking a few extra days to get packed up and stuff. i've got a lot more stuff than i thought. my atty should be back in town today so she might schedule something and call me. i'm still pissed that she says she can't get me off the mortage. now why would i want to be on his debts if i don't live here and i'm not married to him? everybody from strangers in the store to the insurance people say that in the divorce, whoever gets deeded the property stays on the mortgage and the other person is removed. they see it all the time. i don't know why my atty says it's impossible. besides, i don't want him to file bankruptcy 10 years from now and have HIS creditors come after my new house/car/life etc. DUH - if anybody has any information on how this is accomplished or has done it in the past, please email me!!!!!!!
i've been so stressed out. i have terrible insomnia .... been kinda depressed too...i can't wait to quit drinking (again).... alcohol really does cause depression. and stomach problems, and dehydration. god with my hormone imbalance i swear i need to be hospitalized if i drink too much during that time of the month ---yeah, enough on that subject....even i don't like to hear about it.
